Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is established between the Buyer, whose information is provided below, and UVionART (Seller) regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically via the website www.uvionart.com, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Turkish Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Buyer:
The name, address, and contact information entered by the customer at the time of ordering shall be considered as valid.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer through the www.uvionart.com website.

3. Product Information

Product(s): As stated in the order summary.
Details such as quantity, price, and shipping fee are visible on the checkout page.

4. Delivery

The product(s) will be delivered to the address and recipient specified by the Buyer during the order. Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days within Turkey, 5–15 business days for international orders.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout. Once products are handed over to the shipping provider, responsibility is transferred to the courier company. Any damage must be documented by an official damage report issued by the shipping company.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, without providing any reason.

Cases Where Withdrawal is Not Applicable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Perishable or time-sensitive goods
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items returned without original packaging

How to Use the Right of Withdrawal:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within 14 days. Notification must be sent to: info@uvionart.com

7. Return Procedure

The Buyer must return the item(s) within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. The product must be unused, complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

8. Payment and Invoicing

Payments are processed via Iyzico using credit/debit cards. Invoice details will be based on the information provided during checkout.

9. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or internet outages beyond the control of the parties, obligations may be suspended without liability.

10. Jurisdiction

In case of disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts shall be competent. If within the financial limit, the Eskişehir Consumer Arbitration Board shall apply.

11. Enforceability

By confirming the order on www.uvionart.com, the Buyer agrees to all terms of this agreement. The Seller will send a copy of this contract to the Buyer’s email address after order confirmation.

Date of Agreement: Effective as of the date of order confirmation.
